The Gluten Free Culinary Summit is an amazing event that has grown enough in the past few years that they are now offering Eastern and Western editions.
The Western edition will be held next weekend, October 3rd and 4th, at Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado. A number of the events have already sold out but some space is still available for others. A number of wonderful cookbook authors and gluten free chefs, including one of our favorites Carol Fenster, will be there showing secrets and signing their cookbooks.
