Today a big, big gluten free cake was made to bring attention to the failure by the federal Food and Drug Administration to provide national regulation and guidance on clear labeling and standards for gluten free foods. The goal is to have a standard, such as at or below 20 parts per million, that allow a product to state it is gluten free. 1 in 133 is the organization that brought a lot of diverse celiacs together for this cause!
