Rudi’s Gluten Free Bakery is having a bake off — a gluten free one that is. Beginning today until May 20th, gluten free bakers can enter their best recipe in the contest. The only required ingredient is one of Rudi’s gluten free products – Rudi’s Original Gluten-Free Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Gluten-Free Bread, Multigrain Gluten-Free Bread, Gluten-Free Hot Dog Rolls, Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns, and Gluten-Free Pizza Crust. Entrants must also supply a photo of the recipe and an essay describing their gluten-free story.
The judging will be done initially by voting online followed by a final selection by Rudi’s. The finalists will be flown to Boulder in June to have their recipes prepared at the fabulous 4580 Restaurant. There also will be a tour of all the best gluten free offerings in Boulder… and there are some good ones.
