What I don’t like about this app is that some reviewers leave bad reviews for restaurants for reasons like someones personality or menu choices when it is seemingly not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so take the reviews with a grain of salt.
No Options? Here’s What To Do
Some cities have more GF choices than others. When you can’t find any acceptable restaurant choices, this is what to do.

Have A Plan
It’s hard sometimes to be GF and spontaneous about food.
Don’t let yourself get in situations where you are starving but are not sure where to go for food!
It can lead to disaster!

- Stash a few gluten free protein bars in your bag in case.
- Take your time to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free burger options.
- If this is your first time to a Gluten Free burger in Iota , then stick to foods that are likely gluten free – meats, salads, fruits and that kind of thing. It is probably not a good time to test gluten-free pasta or cake – if you’ve never been to this place before!
- Lastly, eat out at off-peak times of day. Have dinner earlyish or try for a late lunch. Get there at a time you can easily have the undivided attention of the wait staff and the cooks aren’t slammed.
