Check For Gluten Free Restaurant In An App
If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. The app is useful for finding user-contributed gluten free places! Search for it in the app store.
A problem with this app is that occasionally reviewers poorly rate restaurants for things like a bad wait person or menu choices when it is seemingly not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so know that before you use the app.

Plan Ahead
Being spontaneous and GF is hard!
Never get in scenarios where you are starving but not clear where to eat!
That almost always leads to bad decisions!
These are a few of tips:
- Throw some GF nutrition bars in your purse in case.
- Spend time to research the area. Come up with a few Gluten Free Restaurant options.
- If you’re new to a Gluten Free Restaurant in Delta Center , stick with foods that are most likely gluten-free – meats, salads, fruits and that kind of thing. It is not likely a good time to explore gluten-free pasta or cake – if you’ve never been to the place !
- Lastly, visit at off-peak times. Plan dinner early or have a late lunch. Show up at a time you can easily have the undivided attention of the wait staff and the cooks aren’t slammed.
