Look For Gluten Free Restaurant In An App
If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. The app is useful for finding user-contributed gluten-free options! Search for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers poorly rate restaurants for reasons like someones personality or menu choices when it is kind of irrelevant to the whether everything was GF…so know that before you use the app.
Not Seeing Any Options? Here’s What To Do
Once in a while there is no Gluten Free Restaurant for one reason or another. Then what?
Greatwood has supermarkets and fuel stations which are a big help. Shop for safe choices like protein bars, candy, popcorn, lunchmeat, and many of other options. I offer a free book with over 1,000 gluten-free foods on this site. It’s Free!
Plan Ahead
It’s hard sometimes to be GF AND spontaneous about eating out.
Avoid getting in scenarios where you are starving but unsure where to go for food!
It’s hard on you and those you are with!
Here are some of tips:
- Throw some gluten free nutrition bars in your car or bag in case.
- Take your time to research the area. Come up with a few Gluten Free Restaurant options.
- If this is your first time to a Gluten Free Restaurant in Greatwood , choose foods that are probably gluten-free – meats, salads, fruits that sort of thing. It is probably not a good time to try GF pasta or cake – if you’ve not been to this place !
- Lastly, dine at less busy times of day. Eat dinner earlyish or have a late lunch. Get there at a time you can easily have the complete attention of the wait staff and the cooks aren’t slammed.
