I was recently informed by someone on the ICORS celiac listserve that Starbucks may be discontinuing its delicious gluten free Orange Valencia Cake. Whether this is true or not, it is worth providing them with feedback about how wonderful it has been having such an option available.
We at Happy Gluten Free also love the cake and fairly healthy! It comes nicely pre-wrapped to address cross contamination issues with other baked goods at the store. It has just been so nice to have coffee and a baked good with friends the last few months.
