Imagine my shock when the display at Sprouts today was bagel chips – GLUTEN FREE ones! Yes, Glutino has come out with a tasty, crunchy new treat for celiacs and gluten intolerant snackers every where — and the folks that live and/or eat with them! These must be relatively new because I can’t even find product information about them on Glutino’s website. I did find some tasty sounding recipes, including Bruscetta and a Warm Cheddar and Bean Dip. I have a wonderful artichoke dip that would go nicely on these treats and am also looking forward to serving a cheese plate or serving hummus without the non GF folks giving it a strange look.
Go forth and snack – gluten free gourmet seems to have truly gone mainstream!
