Easy Colorado Pork Green Chili

1 jar King’s Chef Diner Colorado Green Chili (gluten free!) (plus 1 cup water)

1 cup GF Chicken broth

1/2 to 3/4 lb diced pork, salt and peppered to taste

2 T. oil

Heat oil in medium sauce pan. Add diced pork. Braise on all sides until just browned. Add in green chili and chicken broth. Add 1 cup water to empty green chili jar and swirl (this gets all the goodness left in the jar out plus adds enough liquid to the chili!). Bring liquid to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. During last 1/2 add water or 1 t. cornstarch to thicken or thin to taste. Serve chili over rice or with corn tortillas, sandwich petals or other GF option. Cheddar jack cheese or monterey jack cheese are good toppings. We recommend having spice quenching drinks like limeade, margaritas or milk on hand — this is SPICY!!

And delicious. Serves 2 to 4 depending on your servings size.

King’s Chef Colorado Green Chili Makes us happy to be Gluten Free!

(King’s Chef Colorado Green Chili is labeled gluten free and if you don’t add pork and chicken broth is vegetarian as well!)

Easy Colorado Pork Green Chili 1 jar King’s Chef Diner Colorado Green Chili (gluten free!)
