Carol Fenster’s cookbooks make for happy cooking. This is true whether you are following a gluten free diet or not. Her recipes are good and usually fairly easy to make. We also find them easy to modify – for example if we often make dishes with milder “spicy” factor for our daughter and have used the same recipes for marinades instead of basting.<\/p>\n
We have found that when making her flours, particularly for cookies, we prefer less of the flour mix. This could be living in high altitude, dry Colorado or just our taste.<\/p>\n
