Check For Gluten Free Restaurant In A Smartphone App
If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. It is useful for finding user-contributed gluten-free options! Look for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that some reviewers poorly rate restaurants for reasons like a bad wait person or long wait time when it is kind of not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so know that before you use the app.

Have A Plan
It’s hard sometimes to be gluten-free and spontaneous about dining out.
Never get in scenarios where you are starved and not clear where to go for food!
It’s hard on you and those you are with!
These are some of tips:
- Throw some gluten-free protein bars in your car in case.
- Spend time to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free Restaurant options.
- If you’ve never been to a Gluten Free Restaurant in French Valley , choose foods that are probably gluten-free – meats, salads, fruits that sort of thing. It is probably not the best time to test gluten-free pasta or cake – if you’ve not been to this place !
- One last thing, visit at off-peak times of day. Eat dinner early or try for a late lunch. Show up at a time you will have the complete attention of your wait staff and the cooks aren’t overwhelmed.
