It’s hard sometimes to be GF and spontaneous about food.
Don’t let yourself get in scenarios where you are starved but unsure where to go for food!
It can lead to disaster!
Here are four of pointers:
- Keep a couple gluten-free nutrition bars in your car in case.
- Take a few minutes to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free Cafe options.
- If this is your first time to a Gluten Free Cafe in Dulles Town Center , stick with foods that are probably gluten-free – meats, salads, fruits and that kind of thing. It is probably not the best time to try gluten free pasta or cake – if you’ve not been there before!
- Lastly, eat out at less busy times. Have dinner earlyish or have a late lunch. Show up when you will easily have the undivided attention of the wait staff and the chefs aren’t slammed.
