Look For Gluten Free indian food In An App
If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. It is helpful for locating user-contributed gluten free places! Search for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers poorly rate restaurants for things like a bad wait person or long wait time when it is kind of irrelevant to the whether everything was GF…so know that before you use the app.

This puts you in a bad situation!
Here are a few of tips:
- Keep a couple GF health bars in your backpack just in case.

- If this is your first time to a Gluten Free indian food in Chicago Loop , stay with foods that are probably GF – meats, salads, fruits that sort of thing. It is probably not a good time to experiment with gluten-free pasta or cake – if you’ve never been there !
