What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers sort of bash restaurants for reasons like someones personality or menu choices when it is seemingly not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so take the reviews with a grain of salt.
No Options? Here’s What To Do
Some places have more gluten-free options than others. When are unable to find any acceptable restaurant options, here is what to do.

Have A Plan
Being spontaneous and GF is tricky!
Don’t let yourself get in situations where you are starving but not clear where to go for food!
It can lead to disaster!
These are four of pointers:
- Keep a couple gluten free protein bars in your bag just in case.
- Take a few minutes to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free italian restaurant options.
