Have a smartphone? Try the Find Me Gluten Free app. The app is helpful for finding user-contributed GF ideas! Check for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that some reviewers poorly rate restaurants for reasons like they didn’t like the meal or menu choices when it is kind of not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so know that before you use the app.
No Options? Here’s What To Do
Some places have more gluten-free options than others. When you can’t find any suitable restaurant choices, here is what to do.

Plan Ahead
It’s hard to be gluten free AND spontaneous about food.
Never get in situations where you are hungry but unsure where to eat!
It’s hard on you and those you are with!
