Check For Gluten Free Restaurant In An App
Have a smartphone? Try the Find Me Gluten Free app. The app is helpful for identifying user-contributed GF ideas! Look for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers poorly rate restaurants for reasons like they didn’t like the meal or menu choices when it is seemingly not relevant to the the gluten free questions…so know that before you use the app.

Plan Ahead
It’s hard to be gluten-free AND spontaneous about eating out.
Avoid getting in situations where you are starved but are not sure where to eat!
This puts you in a bad situation!
These are some of pointers:
- Stash a few GF health bars in your bag just in case.
- Spend time to investigate options. Come up with a few Gluten Free Restaurant options.
- If you’re new to a Gluten Free Restaurant in Grand Canyon , stay with foods that are probably gluten-free – meats, salads, fruits that sort of thing. Now may not be the best time to explore GF pasta or cake – if you’ve never been to the place before!
- Another thing, visit at less busy times of day. Eat dinner earlyish or try for a late lunch. Arrive when you will easily have the full attention of your wait person and the chefs aren’t overwhelmed.
