Have a smartphone? Try the Find Me Gluten Free app. The app is useful for identifying user-contributed GF ideas! Look for it in the app store.
One nice thing about this app is that it local and national chains. The restaurants are listed and also rated by how safe they are for people with celiac disease.
No Options? Here’s What To Do
Once in a while there is no Gluten Free Restaurant for some reason. So what to do?
Sun Valley has grocers and gas stations which are a big help. Find staples like protein bars, snacks, popcorn, lunchmeat, and many of other options. I offer a free book with over 1,000 GF foods on this site. It’s Free!
Think Ahead
It’s hard sometimes to be gluten free AND spontaneous about eating out.
Avoid getting in scenarios where you are hungry and unsure where to go for food!
It can lead to disaster!
Here are a couple of tips:
- Throw some gluten free health bars in your purse in case.
- Spend time to investigate options. Come up with a few Gluten Free Restaurant options.
