If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. It is helpful for identifying user-contributed gluten free places! Check for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers sort of bash restaurants for things like someones personality or menu choices when it is kind of not relevant to the gluten-free situation…so take the reviews with a grain of salt.
No Options? Here’s What To Do
Some places have more GF choices than others. When you can’t find any good restaurant , here is what to do.

Think Ahead
Being spontaneous and gluten-free is difficult!
Never get in situations where you are starving but not clear where to go for food!
It’s hard on you and those you are with!

- Take your time to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free dining options.
