What I don’t like about this app is that a few reviewers sort of bash restaurants for reasons like a bad wait person or menu choices when it is seemingly irrelevant to the the gluten free questions…so know that before you use the app.

Have A Plan
Being spontaneous and GF is hard!
Never get in situations where you are hungry but not clear where to go for food!
It’s hard on you and those you are with!
Here are four of tips:
- Stash a few GF health bars in your backpack in case.
- Take your time to do some research. Come up with a few Gluten Free italian restaurant options.
