Check For Gluten Free Restaurant In An App
If you have a smartphone, then try the Find Me Gluten Free app. It is useful for identifying user-contributed GF ideas! Check for it in the app store.
What I don’t like about this app is that occasionally reviewers sort of bash restaurants for reasons like a bad wait person or menu choices when it is seemingly not relevant to the whether everything was GF…so take the reviews with a grain of salt.

It’s difficult to be gluten-free AND spontaneous about eating out.
Avoid getting in situations where you are hungry but are not sure where to go for food!
This puts you in a bad situation!
Here are a few of tips:
- Stash a few gluten-free health bars in your bag just in case.

- If you’ve never been to a Gluten Free Restaurant in Central Waterford , stay with foods that are most likely GF – meats, salads, fruits and that kind of thing. Now may not be a good time to experiment with gluten-free pasta or cake – if you’ve never been there !
- One last thing, visit at less busy times of day. Plan dinner early or have a late lunch. Get there at a time you can easily have the complete attention of the wait staff and the cooks aren’t overwhelmed.
